Can I have teams in my time zone?

Yes. Depending on your desired level of day-to-day participation, we can build your teams in Costa Rica, your time zone, or a combination of the two.

Who will be managing my account and executing the work?

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will serve as your primary point of contact. They will be instrumental in fortifying our partnership and guaranteeing that your needs are met to your utmost satisfaction. In addition, the team working on your account will be composed exclusively of full-time Sibú Digital employees, all of whom are equipped with company-issued devices to ensure security and efficiency.

Will invoicing from Sibu and payments be easy?

Yes. We have bank accounts in the USA and Costa Rica and can receive Domestic or International ACH/Wire transfers. We also accept all major credit cards.

What post-development support services do you offer?

Our post-development support, tailored to your project’s needs and outlined in our agreement, includes maintenance, updates, and dedicated assistance to ensure your software remains current and efficient. This flexible support framework is designed to align with your requirements, guaranteeing long-term reliability and performance.

What if I have very tight turnarounds and need around-the-clock work?

We can build teams in varying time zones where we implement a handoff process to ensure quality and continuity in the workstream.
